COSTS & FEES

We offer free delivery within Canada & United States.  Shipping prices are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to prices.  We will contact you prior to fulfilling your order if there is a change.

Shipments to the United States may have duty & taxes, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

TIMING

International shipping is not currently available, please inquire for international shipping rates at shipping@uniqueopolis.ca. Pre-made items will ship same business day. Personalized items will ship same business day following customer approval of the emailed design. Delivery times may be affected due to COVID-19 pandemic and the postal service.  If you have not received your order with 10 business days please contact us at shipping@uniqueopolis.ca

RETURN POLICY

PRE-MADE CREATIONS

We have a 30-day return policy.  Items can be returned within 30 days from the original shipping date. The return policy has been extended to 45 days during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will provide a refund to the original payment method once we have received, and inspected the returned item. You will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the return back.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, and be unused.

If you are item arrives damaged from shipping please contact us at shipping@uniqueopolis.ca with a picture and details of the damage, and we will re ship your item.

PERSONALIZED CREATIONS

No refunds for personized items due to pre approval of design.

Personalized “Unique” Apparel may only be returned if found to be defective. This is not limited to an item not fitting after being washed.  Only items returned in the original packaging and not worn or washed will be accepted. Please review the sizing chart and care instructions before making your purchase.
